Switch 2/5 is the Least Significant Bit and switch 1/1 is the Most Significant Bit. The switches have the following decimal values: switch 2/5=1, 2/4=2, 2/3=4, 2/2=8, 2/1=16, 1/8=32, 1/7=64, 1/6=128, 1/5=256, 1/4=512, 1/3=1024, 1/2=2048, 1/1=4096. Turn off the switches and add the off switches to obtain the correct memory base address. (On=0, Off=1)
